FOR GUIDES / WEBSITES

A website that matches the way you guide.

I design and build websites for tour guides: fast, in the languages you guide in and built so tourists message you on WhatsApp. Like the one for María Ramírez, an official tour guide in Seville.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Your work happens in the street, but people choose you on a screen.

Before booking, tourists compare guides on their phone, often in another language and in a hurry. In those few seconds they decide whether you inspire confidence.

If your website is slow, doesn’t make sense in their language or doesn’t make it clear how to book you, that tour goes to another guide or to a platform that takes a commission.

02 / SIGNALS

Does any of this sound familiar?

If you ticked any of them, your website is costing you customers who were already looking for you.

  1. 01You built your website years ago and it doesn’t reflect how you work today.
  2. 02You guide in several languages, but your website only speaks one.
  3. 03On a phone your website looks small, slow or broken.
  4. 04Almost all your bookings come through platforms that take a commission.

03 / THE CASE

This is María Ramírez’s website, an official tour guide in Seville.

A 2018 website turned into a platform in three languages, with a page per tour and WhatsApp on every one. María has given permission to show it.

04 / WHAT’S INCLUDED

What your website would have.

The same as María’s, adapted to your city, your tours and your languages.

  • 01

    You at the centre

Your photo, your credentials, your tone and your routes. An identity of your own instead of a template.

  • 02

    WhatsApp on every tour

Every button opens a conversation with a message already written for that tour. You know what the customer wants from the first message.

  • 03

    Built for mobile

Designed for the phone first and works like an app with nothing to install, with your contact always visible and nothing spilling off the screen.

  • 04

    Fast

Pre-generated pages and optimised images. María’s home page loads in half a second on a phone.

  • 05

    In your languages

Each language with its own pages, linked to each other so Google shows every tourist the version they understand.

  • 06

    One page per tour

What you see, what the route is like, what to know before booking and frequently asked questions. Each tour, its own page.

  • 07

    Built right for Google

Structured data, a sitemap, redirects from your previous website and a technical audit before publishing.

  • 08

    Maintained

After launch I stay in charge: updates, seasonal changes and new tours.

05 / HOW WE START

The first step is small.

  1. 01

    You message me

On WhatsApp or by email, with the link to your current website. Nothing else needed.

  2. 02

    I review your website

I tell you in writing what I’d change and why, starting with what’s costing you the most customers.

  3. 03

If it fits, I build it

I propose scope, languages and timeline. You bring what you know about your city; I take care of the rest.

06 / FIT

When it makes sense.

If I don’t think it’s worth it for you, I’ll say so in my first reply.

It makes sense if…

  • You run private tours and your customers look for you online.
  • You guide, or want to guide, in more than one language.
  • Your current website doesn’t do justice to your work.
  • You want to depend less on commission-based platforms.

It doesn’t make sense if…

  • All your bookings come through platforms and you don’t want a direct channel.
  • A one-page business card is enough for you.
  • You’re looking for the cheapest website possible.

07 / QUESTIONS

Questions from guides.

01

Will I lose what I already have on Google?

It shouldn’t happen. I keep the addresses that work and redirect the old ones to their new pages. On María’s website I checked all 36 redirects one by one before publishing.

02

Do I need to know about technology?

No. You bring your knowledge, your routes, your photos and your way of telling things. I handle the design, the build, the languages and the launch.

03

Do you work with guides in other cities?

Yes. I work remotely with guides in any city, in Spain and abroad. What matters is how your customers search, not where I am.

04

Do I need a tour guide app, or is a website enough?

To be found and booked, a website. A tour guide app, with audio guides or GPS routes, makes sense if you sell self-guided tours; for a guide who leads tours in person, hardly anyone downloads an app before booking. María’s website works like an app on a phone, with nothing to install: fast, with WhatsApp always one tap away.

05

What if I already sell on Civitatis, GetYourGuide or Viator?

The website doesn’t replace those platforms. It gives you a direct, commission-free channel for people who already look you up by name, by city or by a specific tour.

06

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many tours, languages and how much content you need. I’ll tell you in writing after reviewing your current website, with no commitment.

Send me the link to your website.

I’ll tell you in writing what I’d change and why. No commitment, and I read it myself.
