SPECIALIZATION / DIGITAL EXPERIENCES

Digital experiences for tourism, venues and events.

Technology built into physical spaces, tourist destinations, venues and events. Systems that have to work in a specific place, in front of real people.

02 / WHAT I BUILD

What I build for venues, destinations and events.

Pieces that already exist in real projects.

  • 01

    Narrative destination websites

Visual stories that make people want to go and answer their questions before they book.

  • 02

    Visitor guides and platforms

All the practical information, server-rendered and in several languages.

    Websites for tour guides
  • 03

    Event web apps

Personalised agendas, networking and contact between attendees and companies.

  • 04

    Real-time data

Occupancy, meeting and activity displays for large-format screens.

    EvidenceITB 2024

  • 05

    Video walls and screens

Dynamic content built into the story of the space, not a looping video.

    Video wall software
  • 06

    Totems, QR/NFC and apps

Physical touchpoints connected to a system that records and responds.

03 / EVENTS

Event and trade show technology that works live.

At an event there’s no “we’ll fix it tomorrow”. Technology for trade shows and events is designed for a specific place, date and audience.

  1. EVENT APP

An event app with nothing to install: a web app with agenda, networking, matching profiles and direct contact between attendees and companies, like the one for the Spain Pavilion at MWC 2024.

  2. REGISTRATION

Registration, accreditation and table bookings with QR or NFC, with interfaces stand staff understand without training.

  3. LIVE SCREENS

Video walls and screens with real-time data: occupancy, meetings, participation. Content that changes with what’s happening, not a looping video.

  4. OPERATION

Live operation: a fallback if the network drops, a rehearsal with whoever runs it and someone reachable throughout the event.

  5. DATA

Data after the event: who registered, which meetings took place and what worked, with trade days and public days kept apart.

Physical + digital

Event Tech

Three systems for pavilions at FITUR, ITB, WTM and MWC, each designed for its space and its audience.

  • FITUR 2024: dynamic content, data and emotions on overhead screens and 4K video walls.
  • ITB and WTM 2024–2026: tables, attendees and meetings with tablets, NFC/QR, statuses, a timer and a 4K occupancy display.
  • MWC 2024: a networking web app with an agenda, matching profiles, recommended companies and direct contact.

04 / DESTINATIONS

A destination turned into a digital experience.

05 / QUESTIONS

Questions about digital experiences.

01

What corporate event technology do you build?

Event web apps, registration and booking systems with QR or NFC, screens with live data and the technical operation during the event. Always as one connected system, not loose pieces.

02

Do I need a native event app?

Almost never. A web app opens when a QR code is scanned, works on any phone and asks nobody to install anything. A native app only pays off if it will be used well beyond the event.

03

Do you work directly with destinations or with agencies?

Both. Directly with destinations and venues; with agencies, as the technology partner that handles everything technical.

04

Does a digital experience have to be spectacular?

It has to be useful and convey the place. Motion and effects only make sense if they explain something or bring people closer to visiting.

05

Can the results be measured?

What can be measured is measured: clicks through to booking, use of the guide, questions looked up. Final conversion depends on the sales platform and isn’t attributed without data.

06 / SAME SYSTEM

Other layers of the same system.

Software, data and AI are not separate services. They are designed to work together.
