04 / AI-ASSISTED EXECUTION
AI-assisted execution. Human architectural responsibility.
AI has changed how much software one person can build. It has not removed the need to decide what to build, or to answer for it.
The leverage has changed. The responsibility has not.
- Directed coding agents. I work with agents such as Claude Code and Codex, guided by architecture documents and per-project instructions.
- Decisions in writing. Structural decisions are recorded with their context and consequences, like the architecture decision records behind Rocio.com.
- Verification before trust. Tests, reconciliation against real data and in-browser review before anything is considered done.
- One person accountable. The person who designs the system builds it and answers for it. You deal directly with me, not with a sales team.
- Your system, your keys. Repositories, credentials and data belong to the client from day one.
