S.01 / MÁLAGA

Custom software development in Málaga, with no middlemen between your team and the developer.

I design and build custom software for businesses in Málaga: internal web applications, CRMs, integrations and platforms in Spanish and English when your customers need both. I work with businesses across Spain, travel to Málaga for larger projects, and you always talk to the person who builds it.

02 / SITUATIONS

Custom software in Málaga: when it makes sense.

Four situations where a standard tool is no longer enough. If none of them sounds familiar, you probably do not need to build anything.

  • 01

When the spreadsheet is already the system

The real process lives in spreadsheets only one person understands. An internal web application brings order: every piece of data entered once, with permissions and history.

  • 02

When an off-the-shelf CRM does not fit

Your sales team exports, copies and keeps notes on the side because the tool does not follow your process. A custom CRM starts from how you actually sell.

  • 03

When the old system holds you back

Nobody dares touch it, but operations depend on it. It gets replaced in phases, without losing data or history and without stopping the business.

When your customers do not only speak Spanish

Platforms and websites in Spanish and English with the same information in both, linked so that Google shows each version to the right audience.

03 / LOCAL WORK

Projects in Andalusia.

From an Andalusian editorial archive to the Andalusia Tourism pavilions. What each system does is documented in its case study.

Editorial platform

Rocio.com

An Andalusian archive going back to 1992, taken out of WordPress and rebuilt as its own platform, with an AI assistant that answers questions about it.

  • 11,596 news articles and 169 brotherhoods migrated to a normalized data model.
  • A custom editorial panel and redirects from the old URLs.
  • “Ask the archive”: an assistant that answers about news, brotherhoods and sevillanas.
  • A conversation viewer with cost, latency and ratings.

Event Tech

Systems for the Andalusia Tourism pavilions at FITUR, ITB and WTM, which have to work live on a fixed date.

  • Andalusian Crush Smart Pavilion (FITUR 2024): dynamic content and data on 4K video walls.
  • Andalusian Crush Link (ITB and WTM 2024–2026): table bookings with tablets and NFC/QR.
  • Real-time occupancy and data displays for the stand team.

04 / HOW WE WORK

How we work remotely, and when I come to Málaga.

Almost the whole project works just as well remotely. What does not is done in person.

  1. FIRST CALL

A video call to understand the problem, the data and the goal. No commitment and no blind quotes.

  2. WORKSHOP

For larger projects, a day in Málaga with the people who run the process every day.

  3. ASYNC

Follow-up over WhatsApp, email and calls, with a test version your team uses from the first weeks.

  4. GO-LIVE

The launch is prepared well in advance and, if the project needs it, we do it together at your offices.

05 / WHO BUILDS IT

A software company in Málaga or a specialist: how to choose.

Málaga has a large tech scene, with companies of every size. Choosing well depends on what you need.

Working with me fits if…

  • You want someone who understands the business and writes the code, not a chain of contacts.
  • You would rather start with what hurts most and expand once it works.
  • You want the repository, credentials and data in your company’s name.

A larger company is better if…

  • You need to add several developers to your team for months.
  • The project requires on-site support every day.
  • What you need is an off-the-shelf tool configured, not a system of your own.

06 / QUESTIONS

Questions about custom software in Málaga.

01

Do you work in English?

Yes. I can run the project in English with international teams and build the system in both languages, with the same information in each.

02

Do you come to Málaga?

For larger projects, yes: for the kickoff, to work through the process with your team and for the launch. The rest of the project runs over video calls, WhatsApp, phone and email.

03

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on the scope of the first version, the integrations and the state of the data. I always propose the smallest piece that already delivers value, live within weeks, and grow from there.

04

My current provider no longer responds. Can you take over?

First I review what exists: code, database, servers and access. That tells us whether it can be maintained, whether it should be stabilized before any change or whether it is better to replace it in phases.

05

Do you only work with businesses in Málaga?

No. I work with businesses across Spain and abroad, with the same method for all of them.

07 / SAME SYSTEM

Related systems.

A business problem rarely lives in a single piece. These usually appear in the same project.

All systems

Which process in your Málaga business still lives in a spreadsheet?

Tell me about it on a video call: what you do, with what data and what you would like to stop doing by hand. You do not need to arrive with a solution in mind.
